Please allow 48-72  hours for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after processing via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery time frame is between 1-3 business days for domestic orders, and 6-10 business days for international orders however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice that you entered the wrong shipping address, you can email us at support@getlavishcrown.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, we cannot guarantee any changes or updates to the shipping address.

How do I redeem my Lavish Rewards?

Earn 100 points, and redeem them for $5.00 off. The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed for an order are 200 points.

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always guarantee that it will be cancelled. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please read our complete Refund Policy  for further details. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns/refunds on orders that have been opened or used.
